The majority of our online orders are picked and shipped from our central distribution warehouse in the Midlands, however certain products are only stocked in our flagship store in London.
Therefore depending on the contents of your basket, we may from time to time be required to send parts of your order separately, which could mean that they arrive with you on different days.
When this happens you will receive two dispatch emails, with a tracking number for each parcel, so that you can see where both of your deliveries are on their shipping journey.
You will only ever be charged one shipping fee (if applicable) when this happens.
When you place an order on our website we reserve the full value of your basket against the available balance in your payment account. We only fulfil transactions, and therefore take payment for the items, at the point they are physically despatched, which may be on different days for split shipments.
Any reservation for funds against your account not taken as payment is automatically released after 7 working days. Please note that this will not appear as a refund in your account but as the overall account balance returning to its previous amount.
If, after 7 working days, any additional reserved funds have not been released we would recommend getting in touch with your chosen payment provider.
Please note, if your order contains dress fabrics, the fabric will arrive in a separate parcel due to the way we process fabric orders.
