How do I check my gift card balance?
To check your gift card, Loyalty voucher or credit note balance, please go to https://www.libertylondon.com/uk/checkmybalance and enter your voucher number.
When do gift cards and gift coins expire?
Gift cards are valid 24 months from the date of purchase and if you wish, you can top up the balance by visiting any till point in-store.
Gift coins have no expiry date but if you use one to make a purchase which is not equivalent to the full amount of the gift coin, any change will be given in gift card form. As all gift cards are valid 24 months from the date of issuance, you will have 24 months to spend the remainder of the balance from your original gift coin.
How do I purchase a Liberty gift card?
You can purchase a Liberty gift card or e-gift card online at https://www.libertylondon.com/uk/department/gifts/gift-cards-and-coins/
You can also buy a physical Liberty gift card in-store.
How will I know if my e-gift card has been delivered?
You will get a delivery confirmation to let you know when your e-gift card has been sent to your recipient. If you don’t receive this, call us on +44 (0)20 3893 3062 or email customerservices@libertylondon.com and we will be happy to help.
How long does it take to receive an e-gift card?
In most cases, your e-gift card should be sent to your recipient within 15 minutes. However, on some occasions, we may need to look into the transaction in more detail, in which case it can take up to 72 hours to arrive.
Can I redeem vouchers, gift cards and gift coins online?
To redeem gift cards and Loyalty vouchers online (for UK delivery only) simply enter your gift card details in the payment section at checkout after entering your address details.
When purchasing for delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom via our International checkout, please enter your Loyalty voucher number in the 'HAVE A PROMO CODE?' box then click 'apply' before proceeding to checkout. NB, gift cards cannot yet be redeemed for international online purchases. If you wish to redeem a gift card for international delivery, please contact Customer Services who will be able to advise further.
Gift coins are treated as cash and therefore can only be spent in-store - these do not have an expiry date.
Do I need to redeem the full value of my gift card in a single transaction?
No, at online checkout or at a till point in-store, you can choose how much you would like to spend using your gift card, and select another payment method for any outstanding balance where applicable. NB, this only applies to UK online orders. We do not accept gift cards in our international checkout at this time.
Do I need to have a Liberty online account to buy or redeem a gift card?
No, libertylondon.com allows you to check out as a guest customer.
I purchased items using a Liberty gift card but I'd now like a refund. How will I receive the refunded amount back?

Any outstanding balance will be refunded to your original payment method, with the exception of cash payments, which will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
