As a beauty lover, you are invited to pre order the Beauty Advent Calendar before it’s released for general sale to the public. Payment is taken at the point of order but you can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped to you. You will receive a pre-order confirmation email, and email updates while your calendar is being built and again when it is ready to ship. You will receive your calendar within a week of it being released to the public on general sale.

Yes, a few days after placing your order you will receive an email explaining the pre-order process, and another email when your Beauty Advent Calendar is being made. You’ll then receive an email when your Beauty Advent Calendar has left our warehouse, containing the tracking details of your order.

Yes, you can pre-order more than one advent calendar.

No, Beauty Drop members can benefit from £10 off the purchase of one calendar only. If you are pre-ordering more than one calendar, the £10 will be discounted from one calendar only, not the entire order.

Unfortunately, if you’ve pre-ordered the advent calendar, delivery is only available in the UK.

You can pay using Apple Pay, credit or debit card, Paypal, Liberty Loyalty vouchers or Beauty Drop credit. Payment will be taken at the point of order. Unfortunately, you are unable to use Klarna to pre-order the Beauty Advent Calendar. These payment methods can be used when the Beauty Advent Calendar is released to the general public in September.

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact Customer Services if you would like to cancel.
