We are aware of an intermittent issue effecting a very small number of our international customers where they are not able to amend the shipping location and currency from GB/GBP.
While we work on a more permanent solution this can be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps, which are included below.
Firstly, please clear the cookies and cache data in your browser settings. If using Google Chrome as your browser, instructions on how to do this can be found by clicking here. For Apple devices such as iPhones or iPads this can be done by clicking here. Alternatively, for most browsers, the steps below will apply:
1. Select the padlock sign on the left-hand side before libertylondon.com
2. Select cookies and site data
3. Select manage cookies and site data
4. Select bin/remove/delete (depending on browser) for any Liberty website addresses:
5. Select done
We would also recommend that you use Google Chrome as your browser, on a desktop, for the smoothest checkout experience.
