We're aware of a technical issue effecting a small amount of Beauty Drop subscribers attempting to update their subscription payment method. We currently have our Beauty Drop team looking into this as a priority.
To work around this issue and update your payment method, the following steps can be followed:
- Within your Beauty Drop account page, select 'Manage Subscription'
- Select 'Billing History' to view unpaid invoices*
- Select an unpaid invoice of £20 to make the payment using your new card
- Tick the box to save your newly added card details
Following these steps you'll be asked to authenticate your payment method at which point, follow the steps on screen to do so and complete updating your payment method.
*If you do not presently have an unpaid invoice please wait until after your next payment is due and try the above then.
