HOW TO RETURN WITHIN THE UK
Liberty London offer a number of ways to return. Within your order you will find a dispatch note with instructions for either a FREE DPD Pickup service or a FREE DHL collection service. In addition, you can also return directly to store free of charge. You have up to 30 days to return an item. Please note items must be returned to us in their original condition
You can return your order by visiting our Customer Collections on the 3rd floor of our Flagship store. You will need to bring your despatch note with you upon your visit.
To return your parcel using the DPD drop off service:
1) Peel off the label included in your order and securely attach it to your parcel, ensuring old labels are removed.
2) Choose the most convenient DPD Pickup shop using the link below
3) Drop off your parcel at the DPD Pickup shop, taking note of your tracking number.
The original cardholder will be credited once we receive the items. Please note it may take up to five days to appear in your account.

We also offer a free DHL collection service:
1. You can call DHL on 0844 248 0844 to request collection, quoting account number 187806813.
2. Complete section 2 of the DHL form enclosed in your order.
3. Leave your box open so that the courier can check the item(s) before they leave.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE OF THE UK)
Items ordered from libertylondon.com and delivered internationally may be returned to us at your own cost using any secure means (this may include local postal service or DHL) by sending the items to be returned in a sealed box or bag to the following address and retaining proof of postage for tracking purposes.

If you wish to return a purchase made in-store, please visit the department that you made the purchase from.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, including any delivery charges. Please allow up to 10 working days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot. We therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service, and retain a proof of delivery for your records.
*Please note: items excluded from this policy are custom made or special orders; any clothing that has been altered; cut lengths of fabric; swimwear; underwear; hosiery; eveningwear (including shoes and bags); pierced earrings; hats; hair accessories; make-up; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); duvets and pillows; perishable or edible items such as flowers or chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- If you choose not to use one of our free services, we will pay the costs of return:
- if the item is faulty;
- if the item is damaged;
- if the item does not match the description of it on our website;
- if we have told you about a change to your item or our Terms and Conditions which you do not agree to;
- if there is an error in the price or description of the item on our website and you do not wish to proceed with the order; or
- if we have done something wrong.
- 2. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return, unless you choose to use one of the free services as detailed above within 30 days of receipt.
- 3. Please note that we can't offer refunds or exchanges on perishable goods such as food and alcohol, unless faulty or not as described.
- 4. Discounted web fabrics are non-refundable.
- 5. We are only able to accept returns for food, drink and beauty items, including perfume, skincare and cosmetics, if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- 6. For the avoidance of doubt, if the products which you are returning contained a free promotional gift, the gift must also be returned.
- 7. We are only able to accept returns on intimate apparel and swimwear (including swim shorts, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) if they have been tried on over underwear, and if they retain the original hygienic protective strip still intact. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or washed. Additionally, customers are advised to follow care and washing instructions to keep swimwear in the best condition, as chlorine, oil and sunscreen can sometimes cause discolouration.
