How to return an online purchase (UK)
Liberty offers several ways to return. Within your order you will find a dispatch note with instructions for Complimentary DPD Returns, you may also return your purchase to store or use your own postage. You have up to 30 days to return an item. Please note items must be returned to us in their original condition. In selected circumstances (e.g. some jewellery and concession brands) there may be a small delay in processing your refund as these lines will require further inspection before a refund is processed.
Please refer to our standard refund policy below for full details including information on items that cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All returns can be taken to Customer Services on 3 (in-store & online purchases).
COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS WITH DPD
1. To create a DPD returns label, please click here to complete the returns form. You will need to have your order number to hand in order to complete the form (see below)
Please note it may take up to five working days to appear in your account.
If you are unable to locate a DPD shop local to you, or do not have access to printer, please contact Customer Services.
RETURN USING OWN POSTAGE
- Take your sealed box or bag containing the item(s) to be returned to your nearest Post Office or courier company.
- Post your parcel to the below address

- Retain proof of postage.
Please note this is not a pre-paid service and therefore you will be responsible for postage cost.
Please note, we are not able to offer exchanges for online orders currently so if you wish to do an exchange, please bring your item and paperwork to Customer Services on 4 when the store is open.
How to return an in-store purchase (UK)
Purchases made in the Liberty store must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will be processed in accordance with our In-Store Returns Policy
How to return a collection purchase (UK)
Purchases made for collection from our London store or a Waitrose store can be returned via the usual online returns process using our complimentary DPD returns service.
Please note, Waitrose Collection orders cannot be returned through Waitrose stores.

How to return an International purchase (Outside UK)
International Returns must be arranged through the Global-e returns portal. Please note that you will need your Order ID and email address in order to process your return.
Returns are free for all international orders.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on international advent calendar orders.
How long do I have to return an item?
For online purchases, you have up to 30 days from receipt of the item to return the goods, subject to our Online Returns Policy.
For in-store purchases, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the goods, subject to our In Store Returns Policy.
