For in-store purchases, it can take up to 72 hours for points to be added to your account. For online purchases, points are added once we have confirmed your order and it has been shipped.
If you've recently registered for a new online account, Loyalty points earned from in-store purchases will be visible on your account homepage within 72 hours providing you used the same email address linked to your store Loyalty card.
If you have purchased a rug or carpet, points take longer to appear as they are manually added before each points assessment date - this happens at the end of February, May, September and November.
If your balance is lower than expected, it's likely we have removed your points to convert them into a Loyalty voucher. Information on points deduction can be found here.
