Other customers who have experienced password or login issues have seen success by doing a password reset. Please note, your new password will need to be at least 10 characters, which includes a combination of letters, an uppercase letter, a number and at least one special character.
If you're not receiving the email to reset your password, it could be that you haven't created an online account. If you have previously registered for a store Loyalty card, this won't automatically create an online account for you and you'll still need to register for one. As long as you use the same email address that's linked to your store Loyalty card, your store and online accounts will merge within 72 hours and points earned from all purchases will be visible on your online account homepage.
