You can find your Loyalty voucher in the email we sent on voucher issuance month or on a physical voucher if sent via post. Voucher issuance months are in January, April, July and October. The latest reward voucher was sent by email on 6th January, please check your inbox and spam folders. Please note, Loyalty vouchers are not stored on your online account.
If you return an order paid for using a Loyalty voucher, the amount redeemed will be refunded onto an e-gift card which will be emailed to the address used to place the order.
If you’re unable to locate your Loyalty voucher or refunded e-gift card, please let us know your full name, the email address registered to your Loyalty account and either the order number or store receipt for the refunded purchase.
