If you’ve received confirmation that your order has been delivered but can't find your parcel, please allow 24 hours before contacting Customer Services. Occasionally, the courier will scan a parcel before making the delivery.
Please check for notifications from the courier as the parcel may have been sent to a local pick-up location. We also suggest checking your delivery preferences, chosen safe place, the areas surrounding the property, with other members of your household and your neighbours.
If after 24 hours you're still unable to locate your parcel and it was shipped to a UK address, please contact Customer Services.
