If you receive an email confirming delivery but you can't find your parcel, we recommend waiting 24 hours as occasionally your parcel will arrive the following day. In the meantime, please check your chosen safe place and the area surrounding the property like your porch, behind plant pots or bins, and side gates just in case the delivery was left there. We also recommend checking with other members of your household and neighbours as they might have received the delivery on your behalf, and contacting your courier as they might have sent your parcel to a local pick-up location.
If after 24 hours you're still unable to locate your parcel and it was shipped to a UK address, please contact Customer Services.
