If you receive a delivery confirmation email but you can't find your parcel, please wait 24 hours as it may arrive the next day. In the meantime, check your designated safe place and surrounding areas like your porch, behind pots or bins, and side gates. We suggest asking household members and neighbours if they received the delivery for you, and contact the courier to see if it the parcel was sent to a local pick-up location.
