To returns items using our free DPD service, create a DPD label. Print it out, attach it to your parcel (removing old labels) and take it to a DPD pick-up location.
If there's no DPD location nearby or you can't print the label, please contact us. You can also return your online order at Customer Services on floor 3.
Online purchases must be returned within 30 days and in their original condition. If your received a complimentary gift with your purchase, this must also be returned. For more details, view our Online Returns Policy.
