Unwanted items purchased in-store must be returned within 14 days. Please visit Customer Services on floor 3 who will happily assist with processing your return. Please note, unwanted items bought in the sale or at promotional events can only be exchanged or returned during the same sale period or promotional event, or within 14 days of purchase.
If you would like to return a damaged or faulty item, or you're unable to pop by the store, please contact Customer Services to explore alternative options. Please attach a photo of your in-store receipt, specifically the section that displays the till number, transaction number and date as seen below.
