Unwanted items purchased in-store must be returned within 14 days. Visit Customer Services on floor 3 who process your return. Please note, items bought in the sale or during promotions can only be exchanged or returned during the same sale period or promotional event, or within 14 days of purchase.
For damaged or faulty items, or if you can't visit the store, please contact us for alternatives. Attach a photo of your in-store receipt showing the till number, transaction number and date.
