Sometimes, when we try to take your monthly payment it can fail due to an issue with your payment card. For more information on this, please click here.
Alternatively, if you have resubscribed to The Beauty Drop, your online account will only show the available credit on your most recent subscription. Any remaining credit from a cancelled subscription won't show on your online account. To check the balance from a previous subscription, login to your account, go to The Beauty Drop section on your homepage and select 'Email me my vouchers'.
