If you would like to cancel an order which is being shipped outside of the UK, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible and provide your email address and order number. International order numbers begin with the letters 'GE'.
If you have received an email from us confirming your order has been dispatched, we will contact Global-e and attempt to intercept the delivery however this isn't guaranteed. If we're unable to cancel the order, you can refuse delivery or return your order using our free returns service.
