Orders shipped internationally are managed by Global-e. If your order hasn't been shipped, Global-e will attempt to change the delivery address if the country and location stays the same. You will need to provide your email address and order number - international order numbers begin with the letters GE.

If Global-e can't update the delivery address, the parcel will continue to its original destination and will eventually be returned to sender. This can take several weeks.
