Orders shipped internationally are managed by our partners at Global-e. If your order has not been dispatched, Global-e will attempt to change the delivery address provided the country and location remains the same.
You will need to provide your email address and order number - international order numbers begin with the letters 'GE'.

If Global-e are unable to update the delivery address, the parcel will continue to its original shipping destination and will eventually be returned to sender. This can likely take several weeks.
