After submitting your online order, you will receive an email to confirm we have received your order. Please note, this does not mean your order has been confirmed, nor will we take payment for the order at this stage*.
Due to the way that payment is authorised for online orders, you may notice a pending charge in your payment account. Please rest assured that we only take payment for the full amount of the order (and no more) when we have fulfilled your order and it is ready to be shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for tracking. If your order is being fulfilled from two locations, it will be shipped separately. For more information on split shipments, please click here.
If you have selected the Click & Collect option, you will receive an email once your parcel is ready for collection from our Customer Collections on 3.
