After submitting your online order, you will receive an email to confirm we have received your order. Please note, this does not mean your order has been confirmed, nor will we take payment for the order at this stage*. When you place an order on our website we reserve the full value of your basket against the available balance in your payment account.
In certain circumstances, your order may be split into more than one shipment (e.g. some products are fulfilled from different locations in our business) or some items may be removed (e.g. if you decide to cancel part of your order, or an item is found to be unavailable when we attempt to pick it).
We only fulfil transactions, and therefore take payment for the items, at the point they are physically despatched, which may be on different days for split shipments.
Any reservation for funds against your account not taken as payment is automatically released after 7 working days. Please note that this will not appear as a refund in your account but as the overall account balance returning to its previous amount.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for tracking. If your order is being fulfilled from two locations, it will be shipped separately. For more information on split shipments, please click here.
If you have selected the Click & Collect option, you will receive an email once your parcel is ready for collection from our Customer Collections on 3.
