What happens to my Autumn Winter 2019 Loyalty Gift Card?
All AW19 Liberty Loyalty gift cards will now be valid until 30 September 2020 and can be redeemed in-store, when we are returned to full operation. If you had not yet collected your Liberty Loyalty gift card from our Customer Services in-store on 4, it will be kept safe there for you until you are able to return.
What happens to my Autumn Winter 2019 Loyalty Voucher?
All AW19 Liberty Loyalty vouchers will now be valid until 30 September 2020. These can be redeemed both online and in-store, but while our store is closed for business, we encourage you to redeem it online. To redeem your voucher, simply log in to your Liberty Loyalty account online, shop as usual and then enter your unique Liberty Loyalty voucher barcode number at the checkout. You can find your voucher barcode number in the email we sent you on 1 October 2019 or, if you have a physical copy of your voucher, on the back of the voucher. I recently bought a Liberty gift card for myself or as a gift, what will happen to this?
Any Liberty gift cards that are set to expire between 1 March 2020 to 30 September will now be valid until 31 March 2021. Gift cards can be redeemed in-store as soon as it is open again. Please make sure you keep the gift card safe until that time so we can honour it.
What happens to my credit note?

I received a birthday voucher in March, what happens to this?

I received a voucher in your Loyalty Bonus promotion on 5 March, what will happen to this voucher?
Any vouchers issued in our Loyalty Bonus promotion will now be valid until 30 September 2020. This voucher can be used online.
I took part in the Womenswear Survey and received a voucher on 18 March, what will happen to my voucher?
If you were sent a voucher for taking part in a Womenswear survey for Liberty on 18 March 2020, this voucher is now valid until 30 September 2020 and can be redeemed online up until that day.

How do I earn Liberty Loyalty points online?
If you are shopping online you must sign-in to your loyalty account.
If this is your first online purchase, please make sure that you create an online account. If you have already created an account in the store, provided you use the same email address that you used when you signed up, your accounts will automatically merge within 72 hours.

For all online orders the points will be added to your account after your order has been shipped by our warehouse, not at the time you place your order.
How do I place an online order?
Please use the main category navigation located at the top of the page to assist you through our online shop, or you can choose to shop by brand. If you’re looking for a specific product or brand, you can use the search bar. Once you have decided what you would like to purchase, click on the 'Add to bag' button, then press 'Checkout' to complete your order. You can enter any gift cards or promo codes at this point, plus select your delivery and payment options.
You can review your selected items in several ways. Use the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the page to view a list of what’s in your bag. There is a button at the bottom of this drop down where you can proceed to checkout or view/amend your basket.
If you need to change the delivery address or make an adjustment to your order, please contact Customer Services who will facilitate this.
