If you are a Liberty Loyalty member and no longer wish to receive marketing communications from Liberty, either by email, telephone or by post, you can do so by updating your account personal preferences.
Once you have signed in to your account online, go to the My Account section which is located at the top left hand side of the web page. Then go to Contact Preferences within the My Account details section and you will be taken to a page where you can unsubscribe from communications from Liberty London.
Un-check the boxes next to one of or all of the options for Email, Post, Telephone and press Save changes to save. Your preferences will be updated automatically within the next 48 hours.
Please note, opting out of email communications will mean you will not automatically receive your Loyalty vouchers, which are sent out via email.
Should you change your mind and wish to opt in again, you will simply need to go back into your account and update your contact preferences, ticking the boxes next to Email, Phone or Post communications.
