How do I pay?
There will be several tills on each floor, clearly marked for you to use. If a till is busy, you may have to queue where we will ask you to do so at a safe social distance between each customer. We will clearly indicate where you should wait to pay at the till.
Can I pay in cash?
We strongly encourage payment by card wherever possible, in adherence to the government guidelines. However, if you need to pay by cash, please alert a member of staff at your earliest convenience and we will direct you to a designated till. We accept all US Dollar notes but we do not accept any coins (US Dollars or Euros), and we do not accept the 500 Euro note.
Can I buy gift coins and cards?
Yes, gift coins and cards will be available at selected tills – please ask a member of staff and they will direct you to the nearest designated till point.
Do I have to take a credit note from you if appropriate?
If we issue you with a credit note, a paper copy of this is printed as standard but if you opted to receive an e-receipt, the credit note will also be included in this e-receipt. You are welcome to take the printed copy but if you do not wish to do so, you are welcome instead, to take a photo of the credit note through the safety screen or, if you prefer, we can scan in a copy of the credit note and email it to you.
Can I still do tax free shopping if I opted for an e-receipt?
Yes, if you have an e-receipt and you wish to claim tax free, we will be able to re-print the receipt for you at Customer Services on 4.
What if I do not want to use the card reader if other customers have been using it? Will there be antibacterial wipes available?
Yes, antibacterial wipes will be available for you to use should you wish to sanitise.
