How do I change floors?
There will be a one-way staircase system to change floors and staff will be on hand to assist you.
What if I need to use the lift?
All customer lifts are available to use.
Are all floors open? Yes, however the 4th floor is greatly reduced due to the current building renovation works taking place, including the beautiful roof lanterns.
Is Arthur’s open?
Arthur’s will re-open on 17th May as per the update to the government guidelines. Opening hours will be Monday – Saturday 10am-7pm(last orders 6pm), 12-5pm on Sundays (last orders 4pm). The Café does not operate a booking system and tables are allocated on a walk-in, first come first served basis.
How do I keep my hands clean?
There will be sanitiser stations at entrances, exits and at till points which you can use should you wish.
Can I use the fitting rooms? Yes, all of our fitting rooms will be open for you to use.
Do you offer an alterations service?
From Monday 12 April 2021, our alteration service with Simply Tailored will re-open. The service is open 12-6pm Monday – Saturday and 12-4pm on Sunday.

Can I handle items as I browse? What if I change my mind before paying?
Please avoid touching products while you are browsing. Should you need any assistance with your selection, please let us know and our sales associates will be on hand to offer help and expertise from a safe distance.
Can I use the toilets in store? All customer toilets will be open for customers to use, and we ask customers using these facilities to adhere to the social distancing guidelines which will be in place.
How do I make a return?
To return any purchases (in-store or online), please go to Customer Services on 4, where our team will be able to process a return for you. A screen is in place to protect staff and customers and to maintain a safe social distance. Please ensure you have your receipt or despatch note, along with the original payment card. If you wish to exchange an in-store purchase, please go to the counter you purchased the item from
Do I have to make close contact with anyone?
No, we have installed safety screens at all our till points and at our Customer Service desks to help keep our colleagues and customers maintain a safe social distance.
Will I be asked to wear a face covering when shopping in store?
The New West End Company are providing hand sanitiser stations throughout the area and will supply face masks for the public and colleagues in the West End. There will also be PPE disposal bins for protective wear throughout the area.
