How do I change floors?
All staircases can be use for ascent or decent – we have removed the one way system previously in place.
What if I need to use the lift?
All customer lifts are available to use.
Are all floors open? Yes, however the 4th floor is greatly reduced due to the current building renovation works taking place, including the beautiful roof lanterns.
Is Arthur’s open?
Arthur’s Café is fully open again. The Café does not operate a booking system and tables are allocated on a walk-in, first come first served basis. The Café is no longer legally required to log details of customers, visitors and staff for NHS Test and Trace, however, may continue to do so for those who wish to use this facility. Customers can decide if they would like to wear a face covering in our store and in the Café. There is a sanitising station is located prior to entering the restaurant which customers can use should they wish.
How do I keep my hands clean?
There will be sanitiser stations at entrances, exits and at till points which you can use should you wish.
Can I use the fitting rooms? Yes, all of our fitting rooms will be open for you to use. Hand sanitisers are provided at entrances & exits of fitting rooms and customers are encouraged to use this prior to entering the fitting room. We will be able to assist you in the fitting rooms but will do so whilst keeping a safe distance.
Do you offer an alterations service?
Yes, our alterations partner, Simply Tailored reopened in April. The service is open 12-6pm Monday – Saturday and 12-4pm on Sunday.

Can I handle items as I browse? What if I change my mind before paying?
Please avoid touching products while you are browsing. Should you need any assistance with your selection, please let us know and our sales associates will be on hand to offer help and expertise from a safe distance.
Can I use the toilets in store? Yes, all customer toilets will be open for customers to use.
How do I make a return?
To return any online purchases, please go to Customer Services on 4, where our team will be able to process a return for you. For any in-store purchases, please go to any till point or the department where you made the purchase. A screen is in place to protect staff and customers and to maintain a safe social distance. Please ensure you have your receipt or despatch note, along with the original payment card.
Will I be asked to wear a face covering when shopping in store?
It is no longer a government legal requirement that imposes the mandatory the wearing of face coverings in stores. Customers are able to wear a face covering if they wish, but it will be their personal choice.
