How do I change floors?
There will be a one-way staircase system to change floors and staff will be on hand to assist you.
What if I need to use the lift?
All customer lifts are now available to use as of 7th August 2020.
Are all floors open?
Yes, however there will be some changes to our previous layout so that we can adhere to the government guidelines. Notice: The Mini British Food Hall is now back on the ground floor where it used to be.
Is Arthur’s open?
Arthur’s will be reopening on Wednesday 15th July with a reduced menu and reduced opening hours of 12pm-5pm. Government cleaning regulations will be adhered to, as well as social distancing and staff sanitising regularly. Customers dining in Arthur’s will be required to leave their contact details as part of the government track and trace system.
How do I keep my hands clean?
There will be sanitiser stations at entrances, exits and at till points which you can use should you wish.
Can I use the fitting rooms?
Yes, some of our fitting rooms will be open for you to use. All clothing tried on, but not purchased, will be steamed before being returned to the shop floor. Other items, including shoes and accessories, will be cleaned with sanitising spray or steamed before being returned to the shop floor after being safely quarantined. Any items that are not suitable for either sanitising spray application or steam cleaning will be quarantined for 48 hours.
Do you offer an alterations service?
From Monday 13th July 2020, our alteration service with Simply Tailored will re-open. The service is open 11:30am-5pm Monday – Saturday and 12-4pm on Sunday. In line with government safety guidelines, clothing will be steamed before and after alterations are carried out. During certain fittings, customers may be asked to wear a face covering. All tools and equipment will be sanitised and cleaned regularly, as well as staff keeping their hands sanitised.

Can I handle items as I browse? What if I change my mind before paying?
Please avoid touching products while you are browsing. Should you need any assistance with your selection, please let us know and our sales associates will be on hand to offer help and expertise from a safe distance.
Can I use the toilets in store?
Toilets on LG and 4 will be open for customers to use and we ask customers using these facilities to adhere to the social distancing guidelines which will be in place. Toilet facilities on all other floors will remain closed to customers to keep our customers and colleagues safe.
How do I make a return?
To return any purchases (in-store or online), please go to Customer Services on 4, where our team will be able to process a return for you. A screen is in place to protect staff and customers and to maintain a safe social distance. Please ensure you have your receipt or despatch note, along with the original payment card.
Do I have to make close contact with anyone?
No, we have installed safety screens at all our till points and at our Customer Service desks to help keep our colleagues and customers maintain a safe social distance.
Will I be asked to wear a face covering when shopping in store?
The New West End Company are providing hand sanitiser stations throughout the area and will supply face masks for the public and colleagues in the West End. There will also be PPE disposal bins for protective wear throughout the area.
