Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm the order has been placed with us. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a second email to confirm dispatch of your order, this will also contain the tracking information.
If your order has been sent care of our delivery partner, DPD, you can track your order on the DPD website using the tracking number which will be emailed to you. Click here to visit the DPD website.
We recommend downloading the DPD app which shows you live updates about your delivery and gives you a range of in-flight options to choose from, such as setting your safe place preference. You can download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play.
DPD will attempt delivery once and if there are no further instructions, they will deliver your parcel to your nearest Pickup Shop.
If your order has been sent care of our delivery partner, DHL, using your tracking number or waybill number, you can track the progress of your parcel on the DHL website here

We sometimes send gift cards and other small items via Royal Mail, where delivery can take between 5-7 working days.
If your order has been sent care of our delivery partner, Amazon Shipping, you can track your order on the Amazon Shipping tracking website using the tracking ID which will be emailed to you, click here to visit the Amazon Shipping website.
If you have opted for a Click and Collect delivery option, you will receive an email to confirm the order has been placed. Once the order is ready for collection from the collection location, you will be sent a second email to confirm this.
