In order to use your Liberty Loyalty voucher online, please make sure you are signed into your Liberty account when placing your order https://www.libertylondon.com/uk/account
Please note, Loyalty Voucher Numbers are not stored in your online account - you will need to retrieve the voucher details from your email or physical voucher if it was sent via post. For more details about your points balance and Loyalty information displayed in the account section, please see the bottom of the page.
You can enter your voucher or gift card number during checkout in the 'Gift Card and Vouchers' box if it is a UK order. If you are placing an international order, please enter your voucher number in the 'HAVE A PROMO CODE?' box (see below).
Applying a voucher to a UK Order
Step 1: Enter the voucher number in the 'Gift Card and Vouchers' box in the payment section of checkout.
Step 2: Click on the Captcha box (where it says, "I'm not a robot") and click apply as below.
The voucher is now applied. Should you wish to amend the amount of the voucher deducted from your order, you can do this by selecting 'Change the amount to use' seen below.
Applying a voucher to an International Order
If you are placing an order for international delivery, promo codes, voucher or gift card numbers should be entered in the 'HAVE A PROMO CODE?' box prior to checkout.
After entering your payment information in the billing section, you should enter the voucher number when prompted during checkout before you complete your order.
If you are trying to use our New Customer 15 promo code, the code you need to enter is NEWCUSTOMER15.
If you are trying to use your Liberty Loyalty voucher, the voucher number is written on the voucher itself, the code usually starts with '99...'
If you are having difficulties using a promo code or voucher, you should check the following;
- There are no spaces in your code, before or after '<CODE>'
- Which internet browser are you using (e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox)? Our website is optimised when using Google Chrome
- What device are you placing your order on (e.g. Laptop, MacBook, iPhone etc.)? We recommend using a desktop if you are experiencing difficulties placing your order
Loyalty Details in Account
In the above example, the current points balance 'points earned' on the account is 0 and therefore the points have £0 value at the next voucher issuance. (This is not a live voucher - vouchers will be issued via email and are not stored on your online account in this box.) £200 would need to be spent to reach the £10 voucher threshold. The £200 would need to be spent by the date in the 'Spend by' field. - i.e. 30/11/2020 in the example shown.
