BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
How do I book an appointment with a Liberty Expert?
If you’d like to book an appointment, please visit https://www.libertylondon.com/uk/service-bookings.html. Simply select the type of consultation that you need help with; you will then be asked to choose your preferred date and time for your appointment. We’ll send you a confirmation email once we receive your booking request.
How much is it to attend an appointment?
All styling appointments at Liberty are free and at no cost to customers.
Am I obliged to buy anything at my appointment?
You are not obliged to buy anything that we show you during your appointment and there is no minimum spend expected.
Who do I contact if I have any issues using the booking system or receiving my confirmation email?

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
How do I cancel an appointment?
To cancel an appointment, please click ‘cancel appointment’ in your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, please email us at libertyexperts@libertylondon.com and we will cancel it for you.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
You are not able to reschedule an appointment yourself, however, if you’d like to reschedule an appointment please email us at libertyexperts@libertylondon.com and we will rearrange your booking to a more convenient time for you.
What if I can no longer attend my appointment?
That’s not a problem. If you can’t make it, you can simply cancel your appointment by clicking the ‘cancel appointment’ link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, please email us at libertyexperts@libertylondon.com and we will cancel it for you.
I’m running late, who should I tell?
If you’re running late, that’s not a problem. Please email us at libertyexperts@libertylondon.com and we will be able to help you.
ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT
I have a store appointment coming up, where is the meeting point?
The meeting point will be detailed in your email confirmation. These are different depending on which service you have selected. For more information on our store meeting points, please click here.
Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?
You don’t need to bring anything with you to your appointment. However, it's helpful if you bring or wear any items you might want to match up with the clothes you're likely to try on. For example, you may wish to bring a pair of shoes or bag if you are looking to match this to an outfit in-store. Or you may wish to bring a colour or fabric swatch if you are looking to find something from our Interiors range.
How do I start the Zoom meeting?
If you have booked a virtual appointment, you will receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email. To start the meeting, simply click the link. If you don’t have Zoom installed, you will be prompted to download it. Once you do, you will be asked for a display name of your choice. You will then join the meeting.
What if the link doesn't work?
If your Zoom link does not work, please email us at libertyexperts@libertylondon.com and we will help you.
Do I need to download Zoom to start a meeting?
Yes, you will need to download the zoom app to join a Zoom meeting. If you’d like to download this in advance of your appointment, please click here. However, your appointment will not start, and your stylist will not be available, until the specified time of your booking.
If I already have a Zoom account, can I use that?
Yes. When you click on the zoom link to start your meeting, if you are already signed in, it will take you straight through to the meeting. If you are not signed in, Zoom will ask you to input your credentials to sign in before taking you to the meeting.
My expert hasn’t turned up, what do I do?
If you’ve selected a store appointment and your expert has not turned up, please make another member of staff in-store aware and they will be able to help you. If you’ve selected a virtual appointment and your Zoom meeting does not start, please email us at libertyexperts@libertylondon.com and we will be able to help you.
PURCHASING YOUR RECOMMENDED ITEMS
What do I do if I want to purchase something after my appointment?
If you’d like to purchase anything that we show you, please make your stylist Expert aware and we will be able to help you with your transaction.
