Sometimes we may have to cancel an item from your order, due to the item going out of stock. On occasion, items can show as available on the website when customers place their order, but unfortunately go out of stock by the time we come to pick the item (please note, we pick and pack all orders by hand). In such cases, the item will be removed from the website and the stock levels reviewed to avoid a repeat occurrence.
We never debit the payment card until the order has been shipped, therefore you will not be charged for a cancelled item in your order, however you may notice a pending charge in your chosen payment account.
Any pending charges where an item or order has been cancelled, will be reversed automatically within 3-5 working days depending on your payment provider, and will appear as the overall account total returning to its prior amount; not as a refund.
