When does the trial end?
The trial will be conducted from the 28th of January 2019 to the 10th of February 2019.
What happens after the end date?
After these dates the trial will end and participants are asked to delete the application from their mobile device. The Liberty Loyalty programme will then revert back to the previous processes.
How long can I participate in this trial?
The Liberty Loyalty Connect trail will run from the 28th of January to the 10th of February 2019. You are free to shop in-store at any time during this period. After this time, the promotion will end.
How can I provide feedback on my experience throughout this trial?
We actively seek and value your feedback and you can provide this at any time through the ‘feedback’ section in the app (using our emojis or free form text in the box provided).
