Please complete our lost property form if you misplaced personal items while visiting our store.
Ensure you provide a detailed description of your lost item including the colour, brand and size. If possible, we suggest attaching a photo of your item which will help us with our checks.
Lost property is safely stored at Customer Services on floor 3. We are unable to keep lost property for longer than seven working days. Lost bank cards can only be kept for three working days due to security reasons.
