If an item is found in store it will be handed into Customer Services on 3 for safe storage.
Should you lose anything whilst in store, please contact Customer Services by filling in the Lost & Found form.
Please provide the most accurate description of your lost item including the colour, brand and size if applicable. Attaching an accurate photo of your item will help us identify if we have found your item.
By completing this form, you will log your lost property query with us or if your item has been handed in, we can reunite you with your item.
Whilst we would love to reunite items to their owners, please be aware that we are not able to hold any lost items for any longer than 7 WORKING DAYS. NB, lost bank cards can only be stored for 3 days due to security reasons.
Please note, we do not have a cloakroom or storage facility for shopping bags or other personal items whilst you browse the store. To ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible, we kindly ask you to take responsibility for your own items whilst in Liberty London.
