Our service provider is ending the Loyalty Connected service for Liberty customers. This means, after 5 June 2021, Loyalty Connected will no longer be offered as a way to sign in to Liberty Collective at till points in-store.
Any payment card data that was previously held with the service provider will be safely removed no later than 22 June 2021. You do not need to take any action to ensure this, however, if you would like to manually disconnect any payment cards you have registered with the service, you can do this by signing into your account at LibertyLondon.com and removing them from the Loyalty Connected page before the above date.
The end of this service does not impact your Liberty Collective status, and any loyalty points and outstanding vouchers will not be affected.
If I have enrolled in Loyalty Connected previously, do I need to do anything?
If you have already enrolled a payment card into the loyalty connected programme, you do not need to do anything. We will remove all of your data on your behalf no later than 22nd June 2021.
What will happen to any payment card data that I had previously registered with the service?
It'll be safely removed and deleted from secure Mastercard servers.
Does the service ending affect my loyalty membership or points?
No, it does not. Your Liberty loyalty status will remain the same and this will not affect any accumulated points at Liberty.
Was Loyalty Connected safe and PCI compliant?
Yes, the solution was completely safe and secure and PCI compliant, https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/ using the latest security protocols and encryption technology by Mastercard.
How do I disconnect my cards?
This is managed via the Loyalty Connected section of your Loyalty account on the Liberty website where you can add more payment cards and remove old payment cards.
Can I leave the programme before the termination date?
You can leave the programme at any time. This is managed via the Loyalty Connected section of your Loyalty account on the Liberty website. Opting-out of the service automatically removes all of your data from Mastercard servers.
