Loyalty Programme Changes
Our Loyalty programme is improving! In the first step of our loyalty evolution, we’re bringing you a single, straightforward programme that offers more points when you spend.
What is changing?
Under the current programme, if you spent £250 in six months, you would have received a £10 voucher. Under the new programme, you will receive a £10 voucher for every £200 spent.
Anything you spend from 2 September 2019 will earn you points as follows:
- £1 spent = 5 points
- 1000 points = £10 voucher
- = £10 voucher for every £200 spent
We’ll send your loyalty vouchers every six months in April and October and you’ll continue to receive invites to our ever-changing calendar of unique events and experiences, from beauty masterclasses and sewing workshops, to ‘In Conversations’ with our inspiring brand founders.
We’re also combining our loyalty and beauty loyalty programmes. Going forward, any points you earn on qualifying purchases (including beauty) will count towards a single points total and a single loyalty voucher.
Do I need to do anything?
You don’t need to do anything, you can shop like normal in-store and online from the 2nd September. Just remember to login online to earn your points.
When will I receive my first voucher under the new programme?
The first accrual period for the new programme will start on the 2nd September and end on the 29th February 2020; the first issuance will be April 2020.
Do I need a new card for the new loyalty programme?
If you don’t want to carry a physical card, then you don’t need to. You will be given a Loyalty account number when you sign up and you can quote your name or postcode when shopping in-store.
When shopping online, please make sure that you create an online account. Provided you use the same email address you provided when you signed up in-store, your accounts will automatically merge within 48 hours. To register for an online account, please click here.
Have my VIP Benefits changed?
No, if you are an existing VIP then provided you continue to meet the relevant threshold in each accrual period, you will retain your current benefits.
What will happen to the current programme?
The current programme will continue to run until 1 September 2019. Any points you collect during this period will be converted into your next voucher, which will be emailed to you on 1 October 2019.
You will receive up to two vouchers on 1 October – one for the loyalty points you have earned and one for beauty points (if you have shopped beauty in the previous six months).
This will be your final beauty voucher as, from 2 September, your beauty rewards will be included in your main voucher issuance.
To make the most of the new programme, make sure you’ve signed up to an online account where you can:
- View your points balance
- Add or update your email address to receive vouchers and exclusive invitations
- Add your birthday to receive a birthday treat in time for your big day
- Add your address to be first in line for magazines, vouchers and bespoke treats

What will happen to my remaining points once the beauty programme ends?
The Beauty loyalty programme will end on the 1 September 2019. You will receive your final beauty voucher on 1 October 2019. Any remaining beauty points from the current scheme which did not count towards the voucher sent on 1 October 2019, will be removed from your account automatically.
When will I receive my final voucher under the previous/current programme?
You will receive your final voucher on 1 October 2019.
How will I receive my final voucher?
The final voucher issued under the current programme, will be issued through both email and post. If you do not receive your voucher, please contact Customer Services.
Please check the My Account section online to make sure you have given us your email address and postal address.
Will I continue to receive beauty points after the 2nd September?
No, we are combining our loyalty and beauty loyalty programmes. Going forward, any points you earn on qualifying purchases (including beauty) will count towards a single points total and a single loyalty voucher. The beauty programme ends 1st September 2019.
I have a current voucher, when do I need to spend it by?
Each voucher has its own terms and conditions and expiry date – please check the back of your voucher or email for the voucher terms.
