When you sign up, you’ll receive a Beauty Drop voucher number - this doesn't change each month but is simply topped up each time you make payment. The balance can be checked online anytime via this link and can be redeemed either in-store or online at checkout – just like a gift card or Loyalty voucher. You’ll also receive regular emails stating your Beauty Drop credit balance. You can spend your credit on any beauty item you want, anytime – and you’ll earn points as you spend, which will be converted into Loyalty vouchers. Please note that any orders purchased with your Beauty Drop credit can only be delivered to a UK address.
Your Beauty Drop voucher number can be found in the welcome email received when first signing up for The Beauty Drop. Subsequently, each time you make a payment into your subscription you will receive an email confirmation including your voucher number; please see an example below:

To redeem your Beauty Drop credit, please ensure you're signed into your online account at checkout.
Once you are signed in, there is no need to enter your Loyalty card number as the points from the online order will automatically associate with your account after your order is completed and received.
You should then enter your Beauty Drop voucher number in the 'Gift Cards and Loyalty Vouchers' box in the payment section of checkout and not as a promo code. i.e. AFTER you have selected your preferred delivery option and have clicked 'continue to payment'
Step 1: Enter the voucher number in the 'Gift Card and Vouchers' box in the payment section of checkout.
Step 2: Click on the Captcha box (where it says, "I'm not a robot") and click apply as below.
The voucher is now applied. Should you wish to amend the amount of the voucher deducted from your order, you can do this by selecting 'Change the amount to use' seen below.
NB, if you check out as a Guest, your Beauty Drop voucher will not be redeemed against the order and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Any amount not spent from your voucher will be available to spend on your next order using the same unique Beauty Drop voucher number.
We know that sometimes payments fail because your card has been replaced, lost/stolen or simply expired. If this happens we will automatically re-attempt the payment every 48-72 hours. Therefore if you add new card details you may see a message saying "Pending Verification" or similar until the payment is fulfilled - don't worry this is normal.
*(Beauty Drop credit is applied and is available to spend within a few minutes of a payment being completed, however, the 'You've been topped up" email is usually delivered within 48 hours)
