Shipping for the April box is scheduled to begin within the first 2 weeks of the month. Please note that this is an estimated start date and, depending on processing and courier timelines, dispatch may take a few additional days. Once your shipping confirmation email is sent, delivery may also take a short time to reach you.
If you've received a delivery confirmation email but cannot find your box, we recommend checking around your property, including areas like the porch, behind plant pots or bins, and near any side gates. Please also check with other members of your household and with neighbours, in case they have accepted the delivery for you.
If you have completed these checks and still do not have your Beauty Drop box, or it has been delivered to the wrong address, please let us know and confirm your postal address.
If you have recently joined the Beauty Drop subscription, you will receive your first box within 2-3 weeks of signing up and this will be the previous quarter's box (depending on the date of subscription). After that, boxes will follow our usual shipping cycle, arriving quarterly in January, April, July, and October, typically during the third week of each month.
