You can cancel your Beauty Drop subscription at any time after the initial three month period. Simply login to your online account and select ‘Manage Subscription’. From the pop-up window, choose your subscription and click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link.
You will receive a confirmation email, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that any remaining credit is non-refundable but will remain valid for 24 months from your last payment date. Your Beauty Drop voucher number will stay the same throughout this period.
