You can use your Beauty Drop credit to pay for most in-store and online product purchases.
It can also be applied to book appointments with select beauty services, including Maria Tash piercings, hair treatments at Taylor Taylor, and manicures and pedicures at the Margaret Dabbs spa, unless it is booked via individual beauty service websites, which use separate payment platforms and do not accept Beauty Drop credit.
To use Beauty Drop credit to book appointments with these services, customers should contact the beauty service directly to arrange a booking. Please note that using Beauty Drop credit to book appointments and treatments varies for other beauty services.
For online orders, your Beauty Drop credit can be used as long as the order is being delivered to a UK address.
Please note that Beauty Drop credit cannot be exchanged for cash, or used to pay for your monthly Beauty Drop subscription fee, delivery charges, gift cards or gift coins, event tickets, special orders and food and drink purchases at our in-store restaurant, Seventy Five at Liberty.
