Shipping for the October box will commence on the 15th of the month. If you have not received your October Beauty Drop box, please contact Customer Services and confirm your postal address. Please note that it may take a few days for your box to arrive after you receive your shipping notification email.
If you have received a delivery confirmation email but can't locate your box, we recommend checking the areas around the property such as a porch, behind plant pots or bins, or near any side gates. Please also check with other members of your household and neighbours in case they have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
If you’ve completed these checks and still can't find your box, contact Customer Services and confirm your postal address and email address.
If the box was delivered to the wrong address, contact Customer Services and provide your correct postal address.
