If you haven’t received your Beauty Drop box, please check your safe place and around your property, such as the porch, behind plant pots or bins, and near any side gates.
We also recommend checking with your household members and neighbours, as they may have accepted the delivery for you.
If you’ve completed these checks and still can't find your box, contact Customer Services and confirm your postal address and email address.
If the box was delivered to the wrong address, contact Customer Services and provide your correct postal address.
