If your item still has the security tag attached, please contact Customer Services so we can arrange a collection and remove the tag for you.
Alternatively, the other options include:
1. Visiting us in-store to have the tag removed. Please ensure you bring proof of purchase, either a store receipt or online order number.
2. If you are not local to our store, many large retailers use similar security systems and may be able to remove the tag for you. They will usually accept our despatch note or a store receipt as valid proof of purchase.
