To request a new password, login to your online account and select 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email address, click ‘Submit’ and within a few minutes you’ll receive a password reset authorisation email.
Please check your spam folder. If you haven't received the link, it could be that you haven't created an online account. If you have previously registered for a store Loyalty card, this won't automatically create an online account for you and you'll still need to register for one. As long as you use the same email address that's linked to your store Loyalty card, your store and online accounts will merge within 72 hours and points earned from all purchases will be visible on your online account homepage.
