If you need to reset your password, navigate to the account login page on our website, and click on 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email address, select ‘Submit’, and you should receive a password reset email.
Please check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven't received the email, it might be because there isn't an active online account linked to the email address you provided. Please note, having a store Loyalty card doesn't automatically create an online account, so you'll need to register for one. If you use the same email address linked to your Loyalty card, your store and online accounts will merge within 72 hours, and all your Loyalty points will be displayed on your online account homepage.
