Loyalty Points that have reached the threshold to qualify for the next Loyalty Reward Voucher were removed from your account on the 28th of February 2026.
The Spring Loyalty voucher will be sent to the email address registered to your Loyalty account in April 2026. Please check your inbox and spam folders nearer the time.
Any live points that didn't meet the threshold for your Spring Loyalty voucher will remain on your balance and count towards your July 2026 voucher, along with any points earned from 1 March 2026.
This process happens four times per year. Please see below for the Loyalty calendar dates.
28th February – Points are assessed and removed, voucher created and sent in April
31st May – Points are assessed and removed, voucher created and sent in July
31st August – Points are assessed and removed, voucher created and sent in October
30th November – Points are assessed and removed, voucher created and sent in January
Loyalty Points from recent purchases may take up to 72 hours to appear in your account. If your points haven’t updated after this time, please contact Customer Services with your email address and either your order number or a copy of your store receipt.
