Live points that met the threshold to generate a Winter Loyalty reward voucher were removed from your account on the 30th November. The Winter Loyalty voucher was sent by email on 6th January 2025, please check your inbox and spam folders.
Any live points that didn't meet the threshold for this voucher will remain on your balance and count towards your April 2025 voucher along with any points earned from 1st December.
