Live points that met the threshold to generate your Spring Loyalty reward voucher were removed from your account on the 28th February. The Spring Loyalty voucher has been issued as of 1st April 2025, and sent to the email address registered to your Loyalty account. Please check your inbox and spam folders.
Any live points that didn't meet the threshold for your Spring Loyalty voucher will remain on your balance and count towards your July 2025 voucher, along with any points earned from 1st March.
Points assessments and voucher issuance happens four times a year, please see the table below for calendar dates.
