Please ensure you have created an online Loyalty account, and check that your email address and password are entered correctly.
If you have previously joined our Loyalty programme in-store, please note that this does not automatically create an online account and you will need to register for an online account separately. To link your in-store Loyalty account with your new online account, make sure to use the same email address you used in-store.
Please note that the Loyalty number provided when signing up in-store is not linked to your online account and will not appear on your online account homepage.
If you're experiencing login or password issues, we recommend resetting your password. Your new password must be at least 10 characters long and include:
