If you have enough points to generate a Loyalty voucher, you will receive it via email in January, April, July, or October.
The most recent voucher was issued from 1 April 2026, so please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folders. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Please note that Loyalty vouchers are not stored in your online account.
If you return an order paid for with a Loyalty voucher, the redeemed amount will be refunded to an e-gift card, which will be emailed to the address used when placing the order.
If you're unable to locate any unused Loyalty vouchers or a refunded e-gift card our team can review this with you.
