Your loyalty vouchers will always be sent to you by email, so it's best to check in your inbox, including your spam/junk folders, to locate these. We no longer send loyalty vouchers by post, and your voucher numbers will not be visible in your online account.
The most recent voucher was issued from 1 April 2026, so please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folders.
If you return an order paid for with a Loyalty voucher, the redeemed amount will be refunded to an e-gift card, which will be emailed to the address used when placing the order.
If you're unable to locate any unused Loyalty vouchers or a refunded e-gift card our team can review this with you.
