You can update your email details at any time, but it's important to note that Liberty uses different email addresses for different purposes:
- Change your Loyalty and Marketing Email Address:
This is the email address linked to your Loyalty account (where you collect points) and the email address used for Liberty newsletters and marketing communications.
To update this email address:
- Log in to your Liberty online account.
- Navigate to Contact Preferences.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
- Change Your Login Email Address
If you need to change the email address you use to sign in to your Liberty account, this cannot currently be updated through your account settings. Feel free to , contact Customer Services and we will be happy to help.
All other details, such as telephone number, saved delivery addresses, and payment cards can be changed online. Simply log in to your online account and navigate to your homepage where you will have the option to make changes.
Please note that changing the delivery address on your online account home page will not automatically update the delivery address linked to your Beauty Drop subscription. You will need to amend it separately in the Beauty Drop section. More information can be found in this article.
