As part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste, we no longer issue physical Loyalty cards when signing up to our Loyalty programme. If you join in-store, you’ll be given a Loyalty account number that you can use to collect points.
When shopping in-store, simply provide your Loyalty account number, postcode, or email address at checkout. Your points will be added to your account within 72 hours.
You don’t need your Loyalty account number to collect points when shopping online. Simply log in to your online account before placing your order, and points will be automatically added once your order has shipped.
Please note that signing up for a Loyalty account in-store does not automatically create an online account. If you would like to collect points online, you will have to register for an online account separately. Make sure to use the same email address that is linked to your in-store Loyalty account, as this will connect your store account with your new online account.
