Email notifications are sent as soon as an online order is ready for in-store collection.
For Standard Click & Collect, your order will be ready within 3 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) - this may be up to 5 working days in busier periods.
For Next Day Click & Collect, if you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday, it will be ready the following day.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday with the Next Day collection option will be ready on the following Tuesday.
