Click and Collect orders are held at Customer Services on Floor 3 for seven days. Reminder emails are sent on days three, six, and seven if the order has not been collected. If no extension is requested, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Click and Collect orders can be extended by an additional seven days upon request by contacting our Customer Services.
